Leland Strategies was established in 2014 as a woman owned company to provide Policy and IT Acquisition Consulting Services to Public Safety Agencies.
Today we also offer law enforcement staff augmentation services to law enforcement agencies enabling sworn officers to focus on preventing, responding to, and investigation serious incidents of crime.
Our Experience
Our consultants have decades of experience working with public safety agencies and our knowledgeable about CAD, RMS, Digitial Evidence and Body Worn Camera vendors. . Our contractors are retired law enforcement officers who are proficient with police reporting requirements.
Founder
Leland Strategies was founded by Renee Cobb. After graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law, Renee began her career working for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. She has since worked with numerous law enforcement agencies on policy and IT projects. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Virginia.
